Well,  This should be interesting....I've always had the mentality that if you're going to do something, you give 100% or nothing at all.....So here we go....This past few weeks leading up to MLG have been stressful, to say the least. I had no idea that managing a team would be such a full-time job. It takes a great deal of patience ( I've always seemed to have a short supply of that...) and commitment ( something my teammates are struggling with ). Overall, I think we are coming along OK.....We still have some team issues to work out, some communication issues to resolve, but, for the most part, we're improving. Should be a fun weekend........See you all at Meadowlands....
